Garrett Spooner is the owner of Bio-One West Texas and runs it along with his wife Angi. Garrett grew up in San Diego, CA and retired from the US Army while Angi grew up in Garland, TX. He graduated from Mississippi Valley State University with a masters in Criminal Justice. Along with Angi’s experience as a Certified Apartment Manager, they serve others experiencing tough times by helping them restore their lives and homes to original condition as compassionately and professionally as possible. They have a true passion for helping others and serving their community. They live with their four dogs and are active members of their local church.
